Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected misuse.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at checkout before items are dispatched. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Shipping
Orders will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Returns & Refunds 0 Consumer Rights
For most online purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to cancel. You do not need to give a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. This includes the standard delivery charge you paid. Any extra cost for premium delivery is not refundable.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them. Return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

The cancellation right does not normally apply to goods made to your specifications or personalised for you. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible using the Contact page. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Liability
Strange Anvil / York Armoury shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products. This does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
